Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between TraqDesk (“we”, “us”) and the business that uses TraqDesk (“you”, the customer).

1. The service

TraqDesk is employee PC monitoring software. We host your TraqDesk console on servers we manage and provide software that you install on your PCs. Hosting, setup help and support are included in the price.

2. Free trial

After a demo, we may offer a free 7-day trial. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan, or we will stop the service and you should remove the software from your PCs.

3. Prices and billing

• ₹500 per PC per month, billed monthly in advance, or ₹5,000 per PC per year, billed upfront.
• Prices are exclusive of GST, which is added to your invoice.
• Payment is by bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice.
• Custom pricing for 50 or more PCs is agreed in writing.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can stop using TraqDesk at the end of any billing period by telling us in writing. Our refund policy will be confirmed to you in writing before you pay.

5. Your responsibilities

Monitoring must be lawful, fair and open. By using TraqDesk you agree to:

• use TraqDesk only on devices your business owns or that you are legally allowed to monitor;
• tell your employees in writing that work PCs are monitored, and what is monitored;
• follow all laws that apply to you, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and employment law;
• keep admin passwords and two-step sign-in codes safe, and give access only to people who need it;
• set a sensible data retention period.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use TraqDesk to monitor anyone secretly for personal reasons, to spy on people outside a work relationship, to harass anyone, to collect passwords or private communications, or for any unlawful purpose. You must not try to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Your data

Monitoring data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When your subscription ends, we delete your data after a reasonable period, and you may ask for an export (such as CSV reports) before then.

8. Availability and support

We work hard to keep TraqDesk available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Support is available by phone, WhatsApp and email, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST.

9. Limitation of liability

TraqDesk is a tool to help you protect your business. It cannot guarantee that no data will ever be lost or misused. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will tell you about important changes before they apply.
